DH Renewables provide pre-assembly, main assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting and service, including all statutory inspection works on all wind turbine manufacturers and models. We operate in the UK, Europe and in Asia.

We have a requirement to bring on board a forward-thinking Business Development Manager to drive market share.

As a Business Development Manager at D H Renewables Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. You will execute business development strategies that align with our organizational goals, taking full ownership of the process.

Previous experience of working in the Wind Turbine Servicing or Installation arena is essential. The drive to understand these markets, build senior relationships quickly and win around these clients will be necessary.

This can be a remote post, however regular travel is likely in the UK, Europe and further afield.


The successful candidate will:

What you will do:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify opportunities and potential areas for business growth.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, social media, marketing activities and attending industry events.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, and industry influencers.
  • Promote and expand commercial activity, generating revenue, leading to sustainable growth.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Manage the proposals process from inception to completing, preparing RFQs, PQQs and negotiating contracts.
