DH Renewables provide pre-assembly, main assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting and service, including all statutory inspection works on all wind turbine manufacturers and models. Due to significant growth, we have a new opportunity for 2 Wind Turbine Installation Leads to join our growing team initially offshore in Taiwan. These roles can be permanent or contract with start dates expected mid June 2023.

The role

Working as part of a growing team, operating 7 days per week 12hr shifts on a rota of 4:4, you will oversee the installation of Siemens Wind Turbines in projects in Taiwan.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee the full mechanical and electrical installation of Siemens wind turbines, including with cranes and heavy plant. You will also oversee the mechanical completion/snagging works.

Requirements

  • Significant industry experience in particular with Siemens turbines
  • Min 1 year experience in a Supervisory capacity in the industry
  • SGRE-SGTT
  • CPCS Crane Supervisor
  • SSSTS
  • GWO BST
  • GWO Sea Survival
  • Oil & Gas / Renewable UK offshore medical
  • Chester Step
Desirable Qualifications

Some or all of the following certificates/qualifications are advantageous:
  • Vestas Level C or Level D
  • Nordex – Experience on Delta 4K model
  • Driving license preferred with maximum 6 points on license

  • Supervise installation activities e.g. rigging design, lifting tools working, component installation
