DH Renewables provide pre-assembly, main assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting and
service, including all statutory inspection works on all wind turbine manufacturers and
models. Due to significant growth, we have a new opportunity for a Wind Turbine Installation
Lead to join our growing team. This role is permanent with an immediate start and can be
located anywhere in the UK.

Working as part of a growing team, operating 6 days per week on a rota of 21 days on 7
days off, you will oversee the installation of Wind Turbines in projects in the UK.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee the full mechanical and electrical installation
of Nordex/Vestas wind turbines, including with cranes and heavy plant. You will also
oversee the mechanical completion/snagging works.


Essential Qualifications
  • CPCS Crane Supervisor
  • GWO
  • BST
  • BTT
  • Oil & Gas / Renewable UK medical
  • 5 years’ industry experience
  • Min 1 year experience in a Supervisory capacity in the industry
Desirable Qualifications
Some or all of the following certificates/qualifications are advantageous:
  • Vestas Level C or Level D
  • Nordex – Experience on Delta 4K model
  • Driving license preferred with maximum 6 points on license

  • Supervise installation activities eg. rigging design, lifting tools working, component
  • installation
  • Participation in risk assessments collaboratively with clients
  • Ensuring time optimisation and safety are maintained
  • Support installation planning
  • Provide site support during project delivery
  • Supervise site team and allocate daily tasks
  • Manage relationships with clients ensuring communication is maintained
