Paulo Matos

Hi, my name is Paulo. I am so excited to be joining DHR as an Installation team lead and installation supervisor and I'm excited  and grateful with being given a chance and opportunity to join the offshore project with DH Renewable team. I have been in the wind industry since 2008 and never looked back. I love working with cranes and the installation part of this job. I have my banksmen, slingers, crane supervisor and my SSSTS training.

I've worked on most of the main wind turbines, Vestas, Nordex, Siemens, Gamesa , Enercon from installation to main components exchange and service works.  In the industry I've been a technician and have worked as an installation site manager. I have worked around the world from Australia to Africa and around Europe. And enjoy meeting new people and experiencing different cultures.

I bring positivity and energy to the workplace and have proved an ability to work well in a team, being open to everything that is thrown at me. I am well organised with an excellent attitude to work, with a proven track record and ability to adapt to new situations, confidently and efficiently, as they arise. I have a flexible approach to work, exemplary interpersonal and communication skills and am willing to apply myself fully to any challenge.
