Administration Assistant
Location – Lochgelly
Hours – 37.5 per week
Salary £25000 to £26000

 
Overview
 
DHR has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant join the team.  This role is located in our Lochgelly office working alongside our project team.



The Role
 
Working alongside the Project team, you will assist them in managing the day-to-day administration.  Projects last up to 12 weeks so this is a fast-moving role which will require someone who is proactive and with the ability to react to change while under pressure.

Requirements

  • You must have Administration experience gained in a working environment and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Due to the pace of change, you must be resilient, adaptable and comfortable working under pressure
  • You will need to be able to work unsupervised and as part of a growing team
  • You must be articulate, have a great telephone manner and be confident in dealing with the team and site-based staff
  • You will be able to react quickly to ever changing deadlines
  • You will be a team player who can bring innovative solutions and can build effective relationships with remote workers’

Responsibilities

  • Arrange Training courses
  • Data entry on bespoke wind industry software for logistics/manpower planning
  • Arrange/coordinate delivery of PPE
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for site staff
  • Assist with queries in relation to timesheets, welfare, accommodation and any other site issues
  • Preparation of documentation for audits
  • Organising site vehicle MOTs and servicing
  • General administration duties
